| David has spent the last 30 years building a successful Auction & Liquidation business in Canada and the United States. He has extensive experience as an Auctioneer and Appraiser with particular emphasis on Machinery & Equipment. He has conducted over 900 auctions on products ranging from Manufacturing, Restaurant, Warehouse, Textile and Vehicles. David has earned a BBA in Economics, is a licensed Auctioneer and a member of the International Society of Appraisers and The National Auctioneer Association. |

Barry Lockyer --Vice President of Finance: |

| Barry has an extensive accounting background in the wholesale, retail, and auction liquidation industry. Barry's direct management experience has helped develop and manage the accounting and management procedures for multi million dollar auctions. Barry earned his business degree in commerce at Queens University and began his career with KPMG in 1974. Since this time Barry has built on his experience by working in a senior capacity on a multitude of projects in senior financial positions. USPAP Certified |

| Jonathan has a diverse background in computer programming and design. He recently joined Danbury in September of 2005. Jonathan has a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Western Ontario, as well as being a graduate of the Repperts School of Auctioneering. He is currently pursuing further educational accreditations in addition to working with the Danbury Group of Companies. |
