David has spent the last 30 years building a successful Auction & Liquidation business in Canada and the United States. He has extensive experience as an Auctioneer and Appraiser with particular emphasis on Machinery & Equipment. He has conducted over 900 auctions on products ranging from Manufacturing, Restaurant, Warehouse, Textile and Vehicles. David has earned a BBA in Economics, is a licensed Auctioneer and a member of the International Society of Appraisers and The National Auctioneer Association.

Barry has an extensive accounting background in the wholesale, retail, and auction liquidation industry. Barry's direct management experience has helped develop and manage the accounting and management procedures for multi million dollar auctions. Barry earned his business degree in commerce at Queens University and began his career with KPMG in 1974. Since this time Barry has built on his experience by working in a senior capacity on a multitude of projects in senior financial positions. USPAP Certified

Jonathan has a diverse background in computer programming and design. He recently joined Danbury in September of 2005. Jonathan has a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Western Ontario, as well as being a graduate of the Repperts School of Auctioneering. He is currently pursuing further educational accreditations in addition to working with the Danbury Group of Companies

An experienced financing executive with 30 years of in-depth exposure and expertise in matters relating to commercial banking, mezzanine and venture capital financing, and asset-based lending, David oversees the lending operations of Danbury Financial Services Inc., a Company engaged in providing strategic loan facilities to businesses that are experiencing transitional financing issues that extend beyond the lending criteria of their existing lenders. David's strategic, creative and analytical capabilities provide proven results to enterprises requiring transitory financial relief.

Dave has an extensive background in industrial sales and management, with over 25 years experience in the industrial mill supply industry as district manager and vice president of the systems contracting division. Dave's background in the manufacturing sectors brings to Danbury knowledge in the heavy industrial sector, automotive, chemical, light assembly and molding industries. USPAP Certified

Stanley has a diverse background compiling more than 30 years of high-level experience in finance, inventory management, operations, strategic business development and business planning serving manufacturers, distributors and retailers. During the past 15 years, he provided specialized services such as asset valuations, liquidation strategies and restructuring actions.

Stan has an undergraduate degree with a major in accounting and finance from Bryant University, obtained his graduate certificate in special studies with an emphasis in finance from Harvard University and earned his MBA degree with a major in finance from Babson College. He has lectured to banks and published articles regarding inventory valuations including “The Mirror Image Appraisal” – a new paradigm emerges in the asset appraisal industry.

With over 30 years in the commercial, investment & industrial real estate brokerage marketplace, Barry Sklar is considered an established leader in the real estate brokerage community. His diversified, extensive & active background in real estate brokerage, property management, real estate development, construction, & architectural fields makes him a top professional in his business. He is highly respected & acknowledged as a tremendous source of information. He is an active member of the Canadian Real Estate Association, Ontario Real Estate Association, Toronto Real Estate Board, & previously a member of the Las Vegas Real Estate Board & registered as a real estate broker in the state of Nevada.
