David has spent the last 30 years building a successful Auction & Liquidation business in Canada and the United States. He has extensive experience as an Auctioneer and Appraiser with particular emphasis on Machinery & Equipment. He has conducted over 900 auctions on products ranging from Manufacturing, Restaurant, Warehouse, Textile and Vehicles. David has earned a BBA in Economics, is a licensed Auctioneer and a member of the International Society of Appraisers and The National Auctioneer Association.

An experienced financing executive with 30 years of in-depth exposure and expertise in matters relating to commercial banking, mezzanine and venture capital financing, and asset-based lending, David oversees the lending operations of Danbury Financial Services Inc., a Company engaged in providing strategic loan facilities to businesses that are experiencing transitional financing issues that extend beyond the lending criteria of their existing lenders. David's strategic, creative and analytical capabilities provide proven results to enterprises requiring transitory financial relief.

Barry has an extensive accounting background in the wholesale, retail, and auction liquidation industry. Barry's direct management experience has helped develop and manage the accounting and management procedures for multi million dollar auctions. Barry earned his business degree in commerce at Queens University and began his career with KPMG in 1974. Since this time Barry has built on his experience by working in a senior capacity on a multitude of projects in senior financial positions. USPAP Certified
